Hello,
I needed twice to block your bot in wuu Wikipédia. The global bots are not authorized there, and you didn't created a user page. I remember you that also global bots must have a user page, with a link to the owner page, on every wiki where they are active (You can make a [[:meta:User:Pathoschild/Scripts/SynchCrosswiki|bot request to create it]]).
As I finally found you I will unblock the bot. But before you edit on wuu Wikipedia please create the bot page and [[:wuu:Wikipedia:机器人|make a request for bot flag]] (your bot can edit during flag procedure)
