Jerome Seymour Bruner (født oktober 1, 1915) er en amerikansk psykolog der blandt andet har ydet bidrag til den kognitive psykologi. Bruner er på nuværende tidspunkt ansat som research fellow på New York University School of Law. Han modtog sin bachelor i 1937 fra Duke University og sin Ph.D. fra Harvard University i 1941 med Gordon Allport som vejleder.
