Much thanks for the comments/edits on en:talk:Numbers. It certainly needs some inspection though. Regards, -Stevertigo 28. apr 2005 kl. 02:31 (CEST)

Suggestion for new template:Numbers
redigérLeft: before Right: My suggestion
The changes I've made are the following:
- for naturals, I specified 1/2, 1/3,2/3,1/4 etc. according to "normal" notation
- I've tried to arrange the list of elementary better according to quantity. I´m not sure about the right positioning of computable and split-complex numbers
- I removed i and Tr from the real numbers - I don't think they belong there.
- I removed a dual entry/link for real numbers (reals)
- I added the imaginary numbers to the list (probably should have been placed after "real numbers" :-(
- I added the transfinite numbers to the list
- pi, i, and e were moved to the last section. They are the basic symbols of geometry, complex numbers, and logarithms, respectively (and elements of the famous Euler equation)
- I tried to find a proper heading for the last section. Improvements may be found.
- and, finally, a small amount of editing

English/Danish translations
redigérDear Sir48, I am contacting you to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Robell and I have recently joined the Wikimedia Foundation as a part of the fundraising team. My work will be focused to a large extent around translations. I am very interested in finding engaged Wikipedians, such as yourself, who would be interested in contributing with their time to translate shorter text from English to Danish. I am Swedish myself but unable to write in Danish. We have for example recently put up a 'Thank you letter' from the Wikimedia Foundation's ED Sue Gardner for translation, using the translation extension. You can find the letter here:https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Fundraising%2FTranslation%2FThank+you+email+20131202&language=da&filter=translated&action=translate I would be most grateful to get your help to translate/proofread this letter in order to develop a quality translation in Danish.
Furthermore, in addition to using the translation extension, my aim is to develop a few personal contacts to whom I can reach out with potential questions regarding a particular word choice etc. As an engaged Wikipedia translator, I would be very interested in hearing your view on this.
Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Jessica Robell Global Fundraising Coordinator Jrobell (diskussion) 31. dec 2013, 17:20 (CET)
Request for help on Swedish-Danish wiki page translation
redigérHello, My name is Runa and I work in the Language Engineering team of the Wikimedia Foundation. We are developing a tool called Content Translation for easy article creation by translating from an article from one language to another. Presently, the tool is hosted on a Wikimedia beta server and can be used for translating between Catalan, Portuguese and Spanish through the open source machine translation system known as Apertium. We are exploring the option of adding support for article creation in Danish from Swedish and wanted to discuss about this you. Kindly please send me an email at runa at wikimedia dot org at your convenience. Thank you. --Runa Bhattacharjee (diskussion) 10. nov 2014, 15:54 (CET)
