Bryndzové halušky
Bryndzové halušky er en af Slovakiets nationalretter.[1][2] Måltidet består af halušky[3] (kogte klumper af kartoffeldej, som minder om gnocchi[3][1][2] og bryndza [3] (en form for blød fåreost),[4] eventuelt drysset med stegte stykker røget bacon samt purløg eller forårsløg.[3][1][2]
Žinčica, en slovakisk fåremælkedrik,[5] der minder om kefir, bliver traditionelt drukket til et måltid bryndzové halušky.[1]
