中文：因抗議越南修改國籍法，強迫土生華僑入籍而引起華僑青年的公憤，五月一日至六日間，成千成萬的華僑曾至我駐越南公使館請願三次，而以六日一次最為激烈。他們把使館的門窗搗毀，辦公室內打得七零八亂，抗議越南不合理的越化國籍法。０００２－０００３數以千計的華僑青年於六日清晨起，即包圍我駐越公使館，不肯離去，以抗議越南修改的國籍法。０００４－０００５我駐越公使館的辦公室內，被請願者搗毀門窗，打得七零八亂。中央社記者陳先澤攝　　四十六年五月十一日

Important note: Works of foreign (non-U.S.) origin must be out of copyright or freely licensed in both their home country and the United States in order to be accepted on Commons. Works of Chinese origin that have entered the public domain in the U.S. due to certain circumstances (such as publication in noncompliance with U.S. copyright formalities) may have had their U.S. copyright restored under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA) if the work was under copyright in its country of origin on the date that the URAA took effect in that country. (For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
