ШТАНАРТ ГОРОДСКОГО ГОЛОВЫ
Поле квадратного полотнища разделено горизонтально в соотношении 3,5:8:3,5 на три части - синюю, сложную и синюю; сложная (средняя) часть разделена на четыре горизонтальные полосы - оранжевую, белую, оранжевую и белую в соотношении 3:1: 1:3 и синий треугольник основой на конечном крае, а вершиной от конечного края средней трети поля.
ПОЯСНЕНИЯ 
Флаг отражает знаковые моменты истории города - основание его как полкового городка Молдавского гусарского полка, мундиры которого были синего цвета, и переименовании в честь Украинского уланского полка, значок которого размещен в полотнище.
