I ask that the discussion about the "correct uploading" of this file, be moved to an English-and-Danish discussion at [1] the relevant user's talk page (on Wikipedia).

Please note that the relevant user is in a process of learning about how to correctly upload etc.
After being blocked, it seems like that user is showing a bonafide attempt at following rules, and trying to do things the right way.
