Rafhy is only seen in. Naruto Shippuden Episode 277, The Sign of Settlement.
Rafhy Jinchi, was born in Konoha, she is a little brown haired girl who had expected to be a ninja in Konoha. But before she could get started with eksammen, she and her family were forced out of the country, because of they had no money. her family came to sunagakure. and lived there, she took her ninja learning there.
