Maiken Paaske is a Danish technology entrepreneur, debater and marketing executive, best known for her roles and influence within the Danish technology sector.

Paaske has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree within Information Technology (M.Sc.IT), from Aarhus University[1] (2012 - 2017).

She has since then held roles at the Scandinavian Unicorn, Lunar[2] (Dec. 2015 - Dec. 2019), and the software company, Plecto[3] (Dec. 2019 - May 2020).

Paaske is also founder and CEO of Beauty Match[4], a Danish HealthTech startup founded in 2019, and she serves as Advisory Board Member in the Norwegian FinTech company, Tjommi[5].
