: Hi! I was just about to make an article for [[county seat]], so you have come just in time. I have searched many places, and [[:en:county seat]]'s interwiki links do not include a Danish article, as you can see also the link for "county seat" is red also, and I looked up all the terms
:''County seat'' is a term mainly used in the United States and Canada to define administrative cities/towns of a [[county]]. The funny thing is that on dawiki we often use English titles for our articles if the Danish language does not have a specific name for the subject. For instance, we already are using the term [[county]] (even inflecting the noun ''county'' as ''counties'', see [[:Kategori:Counties i South Carolina]]). If we are just going to use the English term "county" to define a county in the Danish Wikipedia, why not also take "county seat" straight from English as well? In my opinion also, the terms that PHansen mentioned may not be more commonly used than the term "county seat" itself, plus "county seat" is the original English term, and the original term in English in this case is more important than the technical Danish translation, since Denmark does not have ''counties'', thus it does not either have ''county seats''. Furthermore, when I create the article, I will personally title it "[[county seat]]", if anyone has an opposition to change the name, I'm more than open to listen to your opinions as well.
