New feature "GettingStarted"

Hi everyone, and sincere apologies for posting in English.

This is an extra announcement that today we released a new feature, called "Getting Started" in English, which provides all newly-registered editors with suggestions of what to edit and how to do so. You can learn more at the English guide to the feature, a version of which should be created here too probably. Unless you're registering a new account you will not notice this feature, though it does apply an edit tag to identify which edits come from suggested pages.
