If you want to rename an article do not copy its contents to the new name. Instead move the article as described on es:Ayuda:Cómo cambiar el nombre de una página. This way you will also move the old article's history to the new name.

When you are done with this you will need to check the links. Because other articles are now linking to what has become a redirect.
