Well, first of all - which languages are you fluent in? You are able to add e.g. {{#babel:de-N|en-3|es-1|fr-2|nl-3|it-4|da-0}} to your user page. As for the pages Egypten i verdens øjne and Ahmed Ghanem, some more references other than youtube would be nice, but before that please read "Wikipedia:Hvad Wikipedia ikke er" in whichever language you are comfortable with.
